I am a real estate Investor/Broker/Property Manager and General Contractor. Being I'm all of the above in the real estate business I can offer a one stop shop clear perspective and advice to any buyer who wishes to come to and invest in our area. Originally from New York, I found multi-family property in Scranton and had a hard time finding people to watch over my investment the way I wanted it be looked over so I decided to make the move and set up shop right in the city at 2 locations. Being here for 14 years we have grown our portfolio, business and continue to bring in consistent cash flow’s for all our clientele and help our clients buy and sell their portfolios. Everybody loves that we are a one stop shop handling everything from contractors, leasing/tenant management and real estate sales. We do mainly in house sales but can pull any listings off our mls you’d like. It’s my goal to help grow my city and see positive changes by showing ownership pride beautifying neighborhoods starting house by house — street by street.
