Wy wife and I formed our LLC back in 2013 with our first rental. We have added to our rental portfolio by carefully analyzing properties in order to find properties with immediate cash flow that also fit our buy/hold strategy. Along the way, we have flipped 2 homes profitably and developed a line of business with lease options. I'm looking for additional properties all the time. Currently, I'm looking for a B or C class multi-unit property in the Cedar Rapids/Marion area. My approach is analytical and repeatable. I value the time I've spent developing methods and processes that work for rentals. Experience: My wife and I have 3 buy/hold investment properties and we are looking for more deals this year. In late 2017 we purchased 2 additional properties as flip homes. One is a spacious ranch at over 5,500 sq. ft., and the other is a 2-story colonial around 3,600 sq. ft. We are targeting Spring 2018 to have both of these on the market. We are open to all sorts of deals in our area. Real Estate Goals: I would like to grow this business into 15-20 units within 10 years in order to have an extra source of cash flow in retirement. Currently Seeking: Partner investors and solutions for leveraging my capital to expand investment property.
