I am looking to build long term wealth with buy and hold rental units. Looking at MFR and SFR. Possibly a house hack. I'm looking to find a rental property that has some cash flow to cover its expenses, but a mix of appreciation as well. Looking in the surrounding areas of Boston, San Diego, and Santa Barbara.
