I am a project engineer in construction for a real estate developer in the Tampa Bay area and fairly new to real estate investing. I currently own one property in Pinellas Park, FL that I reside in and rent out the other rooms (room hacking). I would love to connect with other investors in the Tampa Bay area, and open to helping out of state investors scout certain neighborhoods.
