Our multifamily portfolio is over 80 units currently, mostly in southwest Chicago fringe towns that are supported by strong industrial corridors. My husband and I are a team, trying to make it happen while managing day-jobs and four young children. I’m a CPA and have 16 years of experience in institutional real estate finance.
