I have been a real estate investor for 30+ yrs. I have done a little bit of everything, including building new condos. I work in buying and selling of residential and commercial properties. I am a partner in WeLoveHomeInvestments LLC in Columbus with Pamala Agan. We are wholesaling, rehabbing and prehabbing properties for landlords and end buyers. Pam is the Realtor & loan officer side of the company and I am the Investor and Rehabber side. We both also have rentals. We do extensive marketing to find off market properties to give our clients a good ROI on their money when they are buying to hold, resale or just doing the financing for our projects. We also are looking at non performing note purchases.
