Hello!! To tell you a little about myself, I am a 33 year old stay at home mom who is endeavoring to find freedom in finances. My husband has been dancing around the idea of becoming a real estate investor in house flipping" and "wholesaling" for about 5 years or so. Just last month December 2016, we decided to turn his dream into action in pursuing real estate investing. Robert Richards, my husband is currently an analyst for an agriculture bank for over a year, a project supervisor for Sutter Hospital for over 2 years, a home loan officer for Wells Fargo for over 4 years, and for the last 10 years or so he finds value of properties for fun. As for myself, as a partner in his home life, I am his partner in his career life as well. Little to nothing background in this industry. I'm searching to learn, stretch, challenge myself in growing both personally and professionally in this field. I'm not money hungry. I'm not a doormat wife. I'm looking to find who I am as a person in an unfamiliar world of investing in hopes to persevere, thrive, become successful, and be financially free. Through BiggerPockets, I'm searching to learn from seasoned investors, network with those in my area, grow my knowledge in the business, and ask a gazillion questions.
