Howdy y’all, my name is Rose. I'm a newer investor with 3 properties under her belt. I was able to use my VA loan to purchase my first two properties within the DMV. 1 is a Long-term rental and my primary homes is a Cohab AirBnB room rental. I joined BiggerPockets to learn how to eventually increase my rental portfolio using the BRRR method.
