PA-based investor with three long-term doors, and one short-term unit. Currently focused on expanding the short-term side of my business to generate stronger cash flow to re-invest into larger multifamily deals. Active in Pennsylvania, New York State, and (soon) Florida. I have a passion for people, systems, and technology, and I love to combine these to build scalable and successful businesses. Like many of you, I'm an avid reader and podcast listener. Growth, self-improvement, and continuous learning are top priorities. Before getting into Real Estate, I worked for several years as a sales and marketing analyst for a large corporation between Europe and Africa. On a personal note: I enjoy spending time with friends/family, traveling, trying new food & drink, craft beer, wine, physical fitness, and the outdoors. Before relocating to PA in 2021, I spent the previous decade living and working abroad on three continents (hence the love of travel). On top of that, I played ice hockey for ~15 years.
