Hello everyone. I was first introduced to real estate at a young age when I learned that my grandfather had a mixed portfolio of land, residential, multifamily, and commercial property. Understanding and wanting to pursue my grandfather’s legacy I decided to invest in educating myself by reading the books from Robert Kiyosaki, Ken McElroy, Robert Allen, etc, I also included foreclosures. Fast forward into the future working two jobs and trying to support a family of 6 I house hacked a duplex sold it instead of refinancing (mistake learned). Being that I got laid off from one of my jobs I wanted to reinvest, unfortunately, time got the best of me, so here I am starting from scratch. I would like to utilize connecting and finding a team of professionals that could have a vision in repositioning apartment buildings. Thank you for reading. Cheers.
