Residential and commercial real estate have always intrigued me! Currently I am employed as a commercial property manager and am responsible for 400,000 SF of office space in Orange County, California. I handle budgets, capital projects, maintenance contracts ad work closely with tenants. I am interested in expanding my horizons by personally investing in SFR or multi units through my 401K by means of a self-directed IRA or through personal funds. I am also interested in note financing. I am not opposed to out of state projects. Hoping to connect with those who are experienced, motivated and interested in joining the journey.
