Roy Kinzer

My formal education is in the Fine Arts, having both a Certificate in Fine Art and a Master Degree in Visual Arts. I’ve had the good fortune to sell many paintings, to do corporate and private commissions and teach art. I’ve also enjoyed the freedom of not depending on art sales, so having a day job was important. So, I also have 40 years’ experience in the construction field, specializing in remodeling homes and apartments, from demo to finish carpentry. Not to mention, I was a property manager (for 20 years) for two 10-unit apartment buildings (Hoboken NJ). All these skills enrich my abilities as home inspector.
