My background is in K6-12 education, and I am also a Painting Contractor. I have been painting for many investors, and have finally decided, "why can't that be me?" I do not have a niche yet, as I am very green. I would actually like to work in many areas of real-estate in order to be flexible. Experience: I am currently working on my third flip. Real Estate Goals: I want to be a busy full-time investor with passive income of $100,000 or more annually by time I retire. I want to build a team that I trust and can rely on. In addition, I want to be skilled and connected enough that I can truly help many of those whom I have capitalized on due to their misfortune or situation.
