Hello! I've always had an interest in real estate and investing, but have never taken that first step. The big dreams of my youth included owning rental properties, and I used to fancy building a property management company. Now, my goals are on a smaller scale simply because my interests have changed. I would still like to own rental properties, but I'd rather just have enough money coming in to enjoy life with my family. I have a young daughter whose school plays and soccer games I'm not interested in missing for work anymore, so the time has come to try real estate.
