About myself
I live in Washington State. I have been investing in real estate since 2010. BiggerPockets Podcast guest Show 59 (https://www.biggerpockets.com/show59). I currently own and manage 15 rental units, 2 commercial properties, 3 vacation rentals and about 40 acreas of land outside of Seattle. I am always open to building new relationships with both debt and equity partners. I love creative financing and sharing my investment experience with others.
