Rachelle Rayner

Rachelle is the founder & CEO of Goldstein Property Partners, Inc a real estate investment firm focused on rehabilitation of distressed acquisitions in cash flowing markets across the USA. She has spent more than a decade of her career in the New York commercial real estate market. She knows a deal when she sees one and is always ready to present a creative idea that will benefit the community. She enjoys working with investors and entrepreneurs as a mentor and consultant in the purchasing of cashing flowing investments and fix & flips. Rachelle is also the founder of Westchester Real Estate Investors Meet Up (WCREI) that is hosted twice a month. Her goal is to be a connector, if you need to meet someone let her know-her network and reach is far and wide. She keeps on top of the market and is dedicated to each of her clients and partners throughout every transaction.
