Ross Denman

I am an investor with the Investors Compound. I enjoy networking, consulting, and educating people about investing. I also worked as a Real Estate Investor Consultuang for a Real Estate Brokerage, Business Developer/Project Manager for a property management franchise, and Business Manager for a local contractor where I estimated, built, and managed the projects. Currently, I am building my own portfolio while working with active investors looking to do the same. I have a variety of hobbies and interests. -Software Development / AI -Ballroom Dancing -Psychology & Human Behavior -Marketing & Sales -Business & Real Estate Experience: I started by wholesaling a few deals then moved in to a position managing a Construction Company where I networked with Real Estate Investors and created Joint Venture opportunities. I spent about a year in this position and gained a broad perspective of the business side of construction in that time. In 2013 I began working as a Leasing Agent for Real Property Management Indianapolis Metro. I eventually moved in to a position as Property Manager where my main function is Managing Projects for our vacant units. Currently, I am still with RPM and work as the Business Developer and Marketing Manager. In early 2020, I made a lateral move to the brokerage, Platinum Real Estate Group, to open a new investment division consisting of acquisitions, consulting, deal evaluation, project management, and more. Real Estate Goals: Continue to build out my network to expand my real estate business and holdings. Currently Seeking: Ongoing building of a rental portfolio, wholesaling, rehabbing, and finding more joint-venture opportunities.
