I started out wholesaling houses in 2008 when the market was dropping and people said I was crazy. I have been doing it ever since and looking to get some multi-family, STR, and a couple of small rehabs done. Experience: I have an Associate's Degree in CAD Drafting and Residential Architecture. I have done numerous wholesale and subject to deals in the Nashville/ Middle Tennessee Area. I have sat in on numerous rehab and flip projects.
