I grew up in central California, went to college in Virginia, and now am loving life where the cost-of-living is reasonable here in Indianapolis with my native-Hoosier wife, Lindsey. Before becoming a real estate broker, I worked in business management and logistics and have a passion for the details when it comes to real estate! I love helping my buyer and seller clients get the best value for their hard-earned money and formulate personalized real estate investment strategies to maximize ROI. In addition to being a real estate broker and team lead for Intrigue Real Estate (powered by TRE), I started a property management company based in Indianapolis in 2018 called Intrigue Property Management. I am able to offer my investor clients a seamless process of purchasing a rental property with me and then working with a reputable contractor in my network to manage a renovation (if needed), lease the property to qualified tenants, and then manage the property. Intrigue offers both residential and commercial property management and real estate services.
