My name is Reese Shulman, I am principal at PMI Redwood Realty; in my ~20 year real estate career I have participated in over 200 transactions totaling ~$3 billion. The transactions ranged in size and scope from a six-figure 1 bedroom condominium rental investment to a nine-figure sale-lease back on a large office facility. My real estate experience and skills include brokerage, property management, appraisals & property re-assessments, construction project management, financial modeling and reporting, corporate tenant location strategy, and corporate landlord asset management. This empowers me to to assist my clients with developing strategies that maximize their real estate portfolio value, while minimizing their liability risk. I work with investors with different levels of experience, but they all value being highly informed to make well calculated investment decisions.
