I'm a newbie in real estate. I started in 2013 and purchased 2 SF rentals. I took 2014 to do more research and find my next market which led me to Milwaukee WI where I purchased 10 rental units (5 duplexes). I'm currently finishing rehabbing the last duplex and hope to have all units occupied by end of 2015 (currently only 5 units are occupied). I also took on my first flip SF in Milwaukee, WI but have learned that doing a flip almost 2000 miles away is a big headache.
