I started investing in 05' and took a break in 2009 after a flip didn't go as plan with a partner. Learned a lot, but in a position to get to the basics and invest in myself by learning smart techniques and implementing processes to build a brand and business. Florida is where I begin since that's home, but live in DC area and excited about improving my portfolio and developing a long term plan to acquire properties with good rental income.
