Rubin Hernandez

My name is Rubin D. Hernandez, and I proudly served six years in the United States Marine Corps. In early 1982, I returned to New York to begin my Real Estate career, complemented by joining the Columbia University Institutional Real Estate Management Office team. I attended 14 years of night school, out of 19.9 years of dedicated service, including promotion from porter, handyman, concierge, superintendent to Resident Manager. My ethical values are paramount to all my interactions with everyone and further reinforced after acquiring "The Scandinavian American Building Managers Guild" training, sponsored by "American Home Builders Association of Greater New York." With the designation of (RAM) Registered Apartment Manager. I believe that Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness are worth everything in life. Everyone deserves the opportunity to live the American dream of owning a piece of land with improvements. My heart goes out to all the unfortunate who experienced the real estate bust of 2008 and face financial hardships today. I serve my fellow man/woman with dignity, respect, fairness, and courtesy, and most importantly, help with a robust character of doing what makes our interaction stress-free and a win-win. Anything less is a no-deal, and know that I fully understand the pressures created by such conditions. I will only help with functional solutions and will not waste your time.
