Ruby Schwartzberg

I have worked in the legal field (Legal Admin) for many years and always wanted to accomplish more. I have lived in Philadelphia all my life and want to start my real estate journey here, since there is so much development happening and much that this city has to offer why not start were my roots are. I also wanted the financial freedom that comes with real estate to spend more time with my family and on myself. I am interested in multi-family properties, and rehabs. Real estate investing has always been an interest of mine, so I took a real estate course recently, which only confirmed this is something I want to do. No more waiting for the "right time." I am ready to learn since knowledge is power and will lead me to the life I want, and to accomplish a goal of mine of becoming a Real Estate Investor! I am looking forward to networking with other investors and surrounding myself with other like minded, goal driven people! On a personal note, I like to host in my home for family gatherings, read books and build/ repair things around my home (yes I am handy with the tools). I will also give back and contribute whatever I can because I know I will receive so much more from the BP community!
