I was a general contractor for 9 years, I am now on disability with my income cut. I have been making the flippers money as a contractor for years. Looking at using my project management skills still as an asset to get into investing. I'm doing my research on how to get a foot in while my income has been cut, it seems impossible to find financing, but I'm not giving up. Books: I have a few Webinars: I have been/seen a few Gurus: Done that REALLY trying to get started, not get sold anything. Very tired of the "cat fishing" hard money, I can pretty much see it coming.
