Scott Runyan

I am currently VP at a small government contractor in Atlanta, GA. As VP, I oversaw revenue increases of $15mm over the previous 5 years, a 27% increase. I'm currently seeking small multifamily properties (10-30 units) in metro Atlanta, and surrounding submarkets. Real Estate Goals: 2019: Purchase first commercial multifamily property 5 Year Goal: Be transitioned full-time into real estate. Build a company to a minimum of 3000 units with 100k per month in cash flow. Also focus on philanthropic efforts in the community to make Atlanta a better place to live for everyone. I have my undergraduate degree in communications from Clemson University, and an MBA with a Finance concentration from Kenan-Flagler Business School, UNC Chapel Hill.
