I am an optometrist who loves the process of increasing value in every business I own. After selling my multi-location practice to private equity, I'm transitioning proceeds into a real estate investment company focusing on multifamily and apartment syndications. My long term goal is to retire completely from "paid" patient care by way of real estate income and devote my time to charitable eye care for homeless and severely disadvantaged individuals. My aim is to build a passive income stream that allows me to give back to my community in a truly meaningful way.
