I've been involved with real estate investing part time since 2006. Residential buy/hold, flipping and AirBnB. Over the last few years, I've committed to leaving the residential rentals behind. My concentrations now are to continue taking profits from flipping and putting the money to work in commercial multi-family. I'm interested in: -buy/hold commercial multi-family properties -fix and flip SFR and town homes/row homes
