Russ Fry

Hi, I am 38 and live in the western suburbs of Chicago. I spent 4 years in the Marine Corps right out of high school. I have since spent several years in sales before becoming a LEO. I have done that for 13 years and have decided it is time to stop working and start living. I went back to school full time while working full time at SIU. I will graduate in Dec of 18 with my BS in Business. I got interested in real estate when I got out and saw the infomercial on No Money Down about 15 years ago. The only real estate experience I have is purchasing my house. I have read several books on real estate and building wealth. I am tired of the drain of the job and my short term goal is to purchase my first multipropety by the end of 2018. I have decided to only focus on the multifamily market. I hope to build enough passive income in the next 5 years to be able to quit my job.
