I've been investing in Real Estate since graduating from Campbell University in 2011 with a business degree. While we will buy anything that makes financial sense, our ideal property is a fix and flip residential that is less than 20 years old in a subdivision with good comps and an ARV at 75%. For commercial we look for retail/office single/multi tenant properties bringing in a 9%+ CAP rate. When not looking for flips or managing our commercial properties, I'm working on the Real Estate Brokerage firm that I started in 2011, Integra Realty. We have about 10 of the best agents throughout the Triangle and Fayetteville areas and are looking to grow! I've been married to my wife, Briana, since 2012 and we have 2 children, my girl, Sawyer (5) and our little man Knox (2). We love going to the movies and taking them to the beach and Disney World when we're not trying to conquer the real estate world! After being kind of a lone wolf in my investing career I am looking to network with other investors and wholesalers in the business to find more ways to find deals and make a return.
