I’ve lived in the Tampa Bay area for over 31 years and absolutely love living here! I attended the University of South Florida, receiving a finance degree from the College of Business Administration. I started my real estate investing career when I was 20 years old, initially purchasing a single-family home and then a duplex the same year. I’ve been an active investor ever since and have steadily been adding properties to the portfolio for the last 18 years. As I gained experience and developed systems for managing my own rental properties, I decided to get my real estate license, then my broker’s license, and began managing rental properties for clients. Imperium Real Estate Services, Inc. was formed in 2004 and continues to coordinate property management activities for both client and in-house properties. As both an investor and a property manager, the need to be able to manage both small-scale and larger residential construction and remodeling projects became more and more apparent. In 2008, with a great business partner and mentor, Imperium Home Services, Inc. was born. Today, I am a certified general contractor in the state of Florida and Imperium Home Services provides professional, quality, construction solutions for clients all across the Tampa Bay area. I live in Clearwater with my wife and daughter and I enjoy golfing, fishing, spending time with friends and family, and …………… anything real estate! Experience: *I am a long-term buy and hold investor and have purchased numerous residential properties over the last 19 years. *I have extensive hands-on rehab and remodeling experience. *I've been managing properties and tenants on behalf of clients for over ten years. *I've assisted many buyers and sellers as an agent.
