As a Realtor licensed in South Dakota, Rustin’s business is built on Dedication, Communication, Trust, Honesty, and Determination. He provides strategic Marketing and Transaction Management services to his clients throughout the Black Hills. Rustin has been an active member of the Black Hills community since 2005 as a wildland firefighter, then switching his career to Business Development and sales. These experiences have provided him with valuable skills he uses daily in real estate negotiations, assisting home buyers and sellers, and effectively marketing his business. Although he became a new Realtor in 2021, he closed over $2.8 million in his first year. He and his wife have also been successful real estate investors for over twelve years, from long and short-term rentals to fix and flips properties.
