I'm a townhouse/ condo guy who invests in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. I started real estate investing by house hacking. I first rented out a bedroom to my brother. After that I turned my whole home into a rental unit. Since, I have partnered with my best friend who is a general contractor. The creativity in our relationships with vendor and customers have allowed our business to succeed and thrive. The main focus of our business is flip-to-rent opportunities. We currently own and operate a general contracting company and a property management business. I currently live in the Edgewater neighborhood in Chicago Illinois and am planning to move to the South Loop in the near future.
