Chase Schmidt

My wife and I have moved to Richmond Virginia and are happy to introduce ourselves. We are excited to meet other investors, both beginners and experienced. I have a long background in the construction industry with over 8 years of “hands on” in the field working on HVAC, Cabinetry and Framing. In addition I have a degree in Construction Management with a minor in Business Administration. My experience for the past 5 + years has been involved with estimating, budgeting, forecasting, and scheduling major construction projects for large scale industrial and civil companies. My “JOB” has taken me far, but it’s now time for me to get involved and start making transactions in real estate. Residential and small commercial construction have always been a passion for me. Building and networking relationships is the best way to begin in any industry. If you are in the Richmond metro area and interested in meeting up to discuss investing please send me a message on BP and I look forward to meeting you and others to create working relationships. I will also be seen regularly at the Richmond REIA monthly meetings and Mastermind meetups. If you are going to go again message me on BP and I’ll make it a point to introduce myself. Happy Investing!
