Experience: We presently own a portfolio of SFH and are looking to expand further. Real Estate Goals: We are looking to move into multi-family opportunities within both residential (2-5 units) and commercial. Our goal is to 10X the business in the next three to five years where we have 50 to 100 units both within and outside our geography of Northern California. In particular we are very interested in pursuing opportunities outside of California where we are able to get more for our dollar relative to our home market. The expansion plans also include pursuing deals with multiple partners to stretch into the $1M plus range. . Currently Seeking: We have three needs: 1) access to deal flow in the multi-family segment both within our home market and outside California, 2) a better understanding of how to use LLCs and 3) experience and advice from those doing deal syndication.
