Hello everyone, my name is Ryan! I'll tell you a little about myself, so feel free to give me a shout if we have anything in common, aside from real estate! lol I love connecting with like minded people who share the same passions as myself. I did about 11 years in the military, got out and opened a CrossFit gym. I sold that after about 7 years and moved to Canada. I sold everything I had, built a 4x4 van so I could live in it, drove to Canada and had one of the most amazing years of my life up there! Everyone should live in a van at some point in their life! haha. So now I own a flyboard company, if you don't know look it up, and I'm a full time Firefighter. I do adventure races, climb, whitewater raft, and anything that keeps me outside! If you ever need an adventure partner, hit me up. I'm looking forward to connecting with all of you and help make our dreams come true together! Experience: I have a moderate amount of experience. I've done the live in flips for a few houses, a couple wholesale deals, and a few rentals. Real Estate Goals: I'm looking to expand my rental property portfolio, and get into multi-family properties. I actually want to have my first 6+ unit within 8 months. Currently Seeking: I'm always looking to build a team of like minded individuals. People we can work hard together with, but also go outside and play hard with. I'm seeking those kinds of people, the ones who become family.
