About myself
I spend my days as an engineering manager for a large building products company. My true passion is in real estate. I specifically enjoy finding value in moderately distressed properties, performing required updates and following the buy (refurb) and hold strategy. I currently have 8 residential rental properties and one commercial (3 unit) property. My journey started in 2010 but has accelerated in recent years as I've added 4 rental properties in the past 18 months.
