I am from the Southeast Wisconsin area and eager to get into REI full time. I pride myself on hard-work, learning and providing exceptional results. Very interested in networking with fellow investors and flippers who are looking to partner in any way possible. Experience: I am currently in the middle of my first 'live-in' flip. I am doing virtually all of the rehab by myself in order to learn the costs and methods of the actual rehab work. We are expecting to make upwards of $50,000 in profit when we sell in spring of 2018. Real Estate Goals: My goals are to eventually build a system where I can invest in real estate for a living. I am well aware that financial freedom is not easy to obtain, especially coming from humble beginnings like myself - however it's possible through hard work and knowledge. I'd like to partner up and network locally to rehab and sell houses.
