Ryan Brandenburg

Retail operator by profession, real estate investor by purpose. I’m a Market Manager for Walmart, leading eight high-volume Supercenters and more than 2,200 associates across Southern California. My background is built on operational excellence, leadership development, and running large, complex organizations with discipline, accountability, and strong financial results. I’ve expanded that skill set into real estate investing, starting with short-term rentals in Tennessee. I currently own and operate STR properties and am actively scaling into additional markets. My long-term goal is to build a diversified, cash-flowing rental portfolio that includes both STR and long-term holdings. My strengths—leadership, systems, analytics, and execution—translate directly into identifying opportunities, managing renovations, optimizing operations, and partnering with the right people. I approach real estate the same way I operate large retail markets: with data, structure, strong communication, and a focus on long-term value. I’m here to connect with agents, lenders, other STR hosts, and investors who are building portfolios the right way.
