I live in the southern Maine and began owing rental property in 2015. I got serious 2017 and bought my first multi-unit (4-plex). I have since acquired a second 4 unit in 2018. I am looking to purchase additional units in the southern Maine area. Ultimately l would like to buy homes needing work, fix them up and rent them out (BRRRR). I view myself presently as a buy and hold investor. I transitioned markets in 2020 and purchased 5 BRRRR properties in a cash flowing market. Now looking to purchase larger apartment and commercial properties going forward in addition to 1-4 family BRRRR's as they come along. Ending 2020 with 20 rental units.
