I have been involved in investment real estate since 2009. I started with flipping and have now added rental units to my portfolio. I run about 3 - 4 flips a year. Since 2018 I have also had the opportunity to work with my hard money lender as a loan originator where I pre-qualify people for loans (the same I use) and help them through their project to increase their success rate. I have a passion for real estate and enjoy walking property, helping people find the right investment or the right place to live, and making money. Real estate offers me freedom to choose how much I work (which is a lot) and when I get to do that work. I am a huge excel nerd and love creating documents and spreadsheets to make life easier and make deals more profitable. I do a lot of direct marketing which leads to many deals.
