Hi my name is Ryan. I'm involved in the Cleveland & Houston markets with hopes of entering the Atlanta & Orlando markets this year. Experience: I am involved with flips, wholesaling, buy and holds and owner financing deals. I have flipped 2 homes so far and I'm looking to ramp things up in 2020. Real Estate Goals: I am dedicated to securing the future of my family via real estate investing. My goals this year are to match my full time income and establish a nice savings base so in can move closer towards feeling comfortable being a full time investor.
