Recent MBA graduate learning how to invest in real estate while starting a career in Public Accounting. I am interested in starting to implement the BRRRR strategy in Knoxville, TN. I have been lurking the forums and educating myself for about two years and am ready to make the plunge. I am in search of contractors, property managers, and hard money lenders that focus on the Knoxville area. My short-term goals: -Complete my team in Knoxville. -BRRR 3 properties by the end of 2020. My long-term goals: -Own 100 doors in Middle TN by 2026.
