Ryan Cole

Originally from up north in Maine, I moved down to Florida after high school and graduated from UCF in 2014. I've been working in HR for the last 7 years, but want to add additional income and long term be able to retire early. My wife and I have built 3 homes and my only experience is in new home construction so far. One was rented out for 2 years, the other we sold when we moved up. Now that we have put ourselves in a good position, we are looking to buy and hold.
