Long-distance and active real estate investor currently located in Palm Beach County. We own several properties in Palm Beach, Saint Lucie, Indian River County, as well as Columbus, Ohio. After purchasing several rental properties and flipping in New York, my fiancee and I were lucky enough to be in a position where we could purchase a sailing catamaran in our 20s. We took 2 years off, fixed up the boat, and sailed the Caribbean. We are now back to buying and selling properties and improving our portfolio.
