Graduated with a BSBA in Marketing & Finance in 2014. I am already on my 3rd property and as my hobby for real estate turned into a passion I decided to make a career change and am now pursuing real estate full time and am now currently acquiring my real estate license. As an investor I am looking for additional rentals, staying at the Duplex level for now but hope to grow and acquire multi-plexes or develop my own land some day. As a real estate agent I will focus on working with Veterans and Investors. I flipped my first property in 6mo and made $32K profit after taxes and I am currently leasing my first rental.
