I am a Corporate America "intrepreneur" by day, real estate investor by night. I got into real estate because I am extremely handy and love turning ugly properties into beautiful homes --- at the time (2007) I was extremely interested in flipping to satisfy that desire but the market obviously wasn't right. After being introduced to the buy and hold model I made my first multi-family long term investment and have been hooked since.
