Ryan Fagan

I was born in Philadelphia, PA and raised in Burlington NJ. I graduated from Burlington Township Highschool in 2006. My service includes a 15 month deployment to Iraq. I got interested in real estate in 2007 while I was still in Iraq. I joined BIggerPockets and spent a lot of time learning the different ways to get involved in real estate. When I finally got back to the US purchased my first investment property in 2009. It was a multi-family (4 unit) property in Copperas Cove Texas (close to FT HOOD) that I used my VA loan to purchase. I lived in one unit and rented the other 3 units out. To date this has been my most successful investments, and this is how I got started investing in real estate. I got my real estate salesperson license in August 2013. I currently attend Temple University pursuing a BBA in Real Estate (scheduled to graduate May 2015)
