Ryan Green

Originally from Southern California, I started in the real estate industry young with a mom who worked for Coldwell Banker and Re/Max over the years in different roles. In 2005 I operated a print and marketing service to provide local agents with on-demand materials. In 2008 I transitioned to the vendor side of the rental housing industry working with my current company to market and develop their products and brands. What brought me to BiggerPockets is the work I've done with our single-family tenant screening brand, ApplyConnect. It's become an excellent and reliable tool for real estate professionals which brings me closer to my roots while still being able to offer up my expertise from over 10 years in the rental housing industry. Beyond my work with ApplyConnect is an active interest in real estate investment and developing systems for passive income with partners.
