I am a general contractor and developer in Missoula area specializing in residential development, light commercial TI, and commercial development. I currently have 8 rental units, storage units, and one commercial property. My main focus at the moment is in fill development and currently have 14 houses in the pipeline, a co working space and a condo style wharehouse spaces. I interested in meeting investors and others working in real estate investing or development in the area to share knowledge and experiences. Experience: I have 3 rentals and one lot in development. I am a general contractor as well as investor. Real Estate Goals: I am currently doing small infill development in Missoula and hope to continue that while building my rental portfolio.
